On February 28, 2014, the Czech School Inspectorate published a report Equal Access to Education in the Czech Republic: Situation and Recommendations as the conclusive output of the project activity Overcoming School Failure in the Czech Republic which was co-financed by the European Social Fund and the state budget of the Czech Republic. The Czech School Inspectorate initiated cooperation with Austria

Except of Poland, France and Slovakia, the Czech School Inspectorate initiated a new cooperation with Austria. Between 3 and 6 March, a six-member Austrian delegation from the province of Burgenland visited the Olomouc Inspectorate. The CSI will continue the cooperation with the Austrian inspectors. The reciprocal visit of Czech inspectors is scheduled for the autumn 2014.

On June 25, 2014, the results from the Teaching and Learning International Survey (TALIS 2013) were internationally published. This survey is one of the key OECD projects in which participate 34 countries. In the Czech Republic is the TALIS survey realized by the Czech School Inspectorate. From 1 April 2020 to 14 April 2020, the Czech School Inspectorate carried out a specific thematic survey through a series of structured telephone interviews with principals of almost all basic and upper secondary schools, aimed at describing the situation in individual schools during distance education, identifying school needs and providing methodological support to schools.

An educational seminar for teachers in the European schools

At the end of August The Czech School Inspectorate in cooperation with the MEYS prepared a two day´s educational seminar for European school teachers. The seminar was held at the CSI headquarters in Prague. The CSI launched the selective verification of students' learning outcomes

On May 19, 2014 the CSI launched the selective verification of student learning outcomes in the 4th and 8th grade of the basic schools and the 2nd grade of secondary technical schools.
